Ciara Airey

Head of Regulatory
Inivata (a subsidiary of NeoGenomics)

Ciara Airey has over 13 years of experience in the In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) medical device industry within R&D and regulatory affairs with a focus in precision diagnostics. Her industrial experience started at QIAGEN in the development and regulation of companion diagnostic assays. She then moved to NAMSA where she supported global clients on IVDR strategy and compliance, before working in the regulation of diagnostics used in precision medicine trials at GSK. Ciara is currently Head of Regulatory at Inivata (a subsidiary of NeoGenomics). She holds a PhD and MRes in molecular biology from the University of Liverpool, a postgraduate diploma in statistics, and a batchelors degree in human genetics from Trinity College Dublin.
