Paulette Robinson, PhD, RAC is currently the Director, Regulatory Affairs at Neurogene Inc. Her regulatory affairs experience has focused on gene therapy in rare central nervous system and ophthalmic indications. During her regulatory career, she has been instrumental in successfully interacting and negotiating with FDA on complex topics which ultimately led to the opening of several gene therapy INDs and receiving multiple Orphan Drug designations. Additionally, she has led global strategy to obtain clearance of gene therapy CTAs ex-US. Prior to working regulatory, she obtained her Ph.D from the University of Florida in genetics where she conducted research with AAV vectors, microRNAs and siRNAs. She also received her B.S from the University of Florida.
